extra payment missing rack

The apartment was spacious and light. The bed was comfortable and linen fresh.

the breakfast included in the stay required an extra payment of qar 10 for an omelet. I was disappointed to find no drying rack for clothes in the room initially. I asked for one, and while they provided it, this was like something that should be standard.

superb stay in the city!

attentive staff early check-in great location shopping center

i loved how attentive the staff were! the early check-in and late check-out they arranged. it is super convenient with a shopping center nearby and lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance! plus, the beach is only a quick 10-minute walk away.

The sofa in my room wasn't the most comfortable. And the tv couldn't connect to the internet.

The hotel's location is amazing. It is near the city center, a short walk to the beach, and right across from the mosque. i loved how accessible everything was! it's perfect for both relaxing and seeing the sights.

My apartment was large and comfortable. the staff cleaned it very well. they refilled the water every day. The apartment on the 25th floor was spacious! it had everything i needed for a great stay. the view was beautiful.

The breakfast staff were lovely they always greeted us with a smile. Security staff were polite they were kind and interactive with my children too.

I do not believe the high rating it is very misleading. I do not recommend this place it was bad.

The staff were friendly. The room was spacious for two people. All amenities were available. The bed was comfortable (I slept like a log!).

I found only a slight stain on one of the towels.

this hotel seriously impressed me! the suites are huge, like apartments (i mean, who wouldn't love that extra space?). i really appreciated the professional and accommodating service from everyone.

honestly, finding something to complain about is tough, but if i had to pick, maybe the initial check-in process could be a tad faster (only a tiny issue though!).
